What is the return policy at Nauma?

We have a 7-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their item, provided it is in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns.

Note: The courier can refuse the pick up if the original tags are not intact OR where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
